HELIOS The Helios Cycle is a novel technology for iron ore reduction process that substitutes sodium for carbon. Helios Cycle economically yields metallic iron powder, which can later be formed into Briquetted Iron. Oxygen is the only byproduct (zero-direct CO2 emissions).
