Founded in 2012, EcoMotion is a joint venture of the Israel Innovation Institute (NGO) alongwith the SmartMobility Initiative (PMO),Ministry of Economy, and the Israeli Automotive and High-Tech industries.

ECOMOTION ACTIVITIES EcoMotion creates a platform for startups toconnectwithother communitymembers such as global industry, entrepreneurs, academia, government officials, investors andmore in the field of smart mobility, in order to share knowledge, network and explore synergies. EcoMotionencourages innovation through a varied toolkit offeringmeetups, challenge competitions, investor events, adaptathons, the annual Main Event and more. In the past two years EcoMotion has also begun supporting the implementation of smartmobility solutions in Israel, working with municipalities, public transportation providers, infrastructure companies and more.
