About EcoMotion EcoMotion is a dynamic and growing smart mobility community comprised of over: 650 startups 15,000 community members & Our mission is to advance the smart mobility sector through tech and innovation by supporting startups and working with the global mobility ecosystem. Founded in 2012, EcoMotion is a joint venture of the Israel Innovation Institute together with Israel’s Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Israeli and global automotive & High-Tech industries. EcoMotion Activities EcoMotion creates a platform for startups to connect with other community members including global industry, entrepreneurs, academy, government, public sector companies, investors and more, to share knowledge, and to explore synergies. EcoMotion encourages innovation through meetups, challenge competitions, trainings, investor gatherings, the annual EcoMotion Week Main Event and more. In recent years, EcoMotion has focused on enabling the implementation of smart mobility solutions in the public sector by working closely with municipalities, public transportation providers, infrastructure companies and more. About EcoMotion Week Growing from a one-day event, EcoMotion Week has become one of the most exciting global events dedicated to smart mobility with over 3,000 people in attendance. This year, we celebrate our 11th annual event! EcoMotion Week includes a trade show featuring over 100 exhibiting startups, industry booths, panel discussions, startup pitches and demos. The week is filled with side events, B2B meetings and opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking. It’s the place to be for all things smart mobility! At EcoMotion Week 2023, we are excited to host over 90 company delegations, 75 partners, and attendees joining from 60 countries around the world. EMW23 - Mobility 360! This year’s theme is Mobility 360. Mobility 360 is a mindset which looks at new mobility tech and innovation as part of holistic and interconnected systems. The smart mobility sector intersects and is interdependent with the development of smart cities, sustainability, consumer behavior, safety, connectivity, convenience and so much more. The EcoMotion community covers a broad range of technologies which are impacting each of these areas and how we live our lives.
