The Kiryat Ono Municipality continues to show progress year after year. The municipality is deeply committed to collaborating with the local community, ensuring an open line of communication with its residents. It devotes considerable resources towards enhancing the skills of education and welfare staff in the city, with an ultimate goal of tailoring services to meet the diverse needs of the city's LGBTQ communities. This is the first year that the Drom HaSharon Regional Council has participated in the Index, and it already respectfully represents the activities of regional councils for their LGBTQ residents. These are spread across a unique and diverse range of villages and settlements, each with its distinct character and over a broad geographical area. The municipality's work mainly focuses on team training, education, and cultural services for local communities. The Kiryat Bialik Municipality catapulted to the top of the Index with impressive progress in working with the LGBTQ community. There's been a significant shift across all domains, encompassing education, mental health support services, infrastructural changes in the municipality, and abundant cultural celebrations. The city proudly collaborates with the LGBTQ community, fostering an environment where active engagement in bringing about local change is greatly encouraged. This year, the Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut Municipality continues to show significant and steady progress in supporting its local LGBTQ community. The municipality shines in its endeavors for the younger generations, driving an annual strategic initiative while emphasizing the LGBTQ community's visibility and engagement within the public arena. This year it marked a significant ranking leap for the Be'er Sheva. which now stands as the southernmost municipality with the highest score on the Index. In collaboration with 'The Pride House in Be'er Sheva,' the municipality is committed to fostering, developing, and providing services for the local community. Be'er Sheva strives to establish a secure, accommodating, and welcoming atmosphere not only for its residents but also for the community residing in the neighboring municipalities.
