הפענוח הכולל או ההחלטה הטיפולית למערכת אוטונומית. כדי להוכיח ערך קליני נדרשים מחקרים רב-מרכזיים שיבחנו לא רק חפיפה גאומטרית או דיוק טכני, אלא גם ממצאים שהוחמצו, זמן פענוח, שינוי בתוכנית הטיפול, טעויות בעלות משמעות קלינית תלויה פחות במספר הגבוה שמופיע בדוח הביצועים, ויותר ביכולת הרופא CBCT ב- AI ותוצאות המטופלים. עד אז, התועלת של לזהות מתי אפשר להסתמך על הפלט - ומתי יש לבדוק אותו מחדש.
