When precision matters

EnvisionTEC performed in cooperation with NT-Trading. In order to ensure high precise models printed through our Perfactory Vida and especially for models designed E-Model Light Material highest possible accuracy on the market. For an approved fit we compared the scanned models with the position of the raw-scan file.

The Design starts with the Order creation. All necessary information are required like which type of analogs or position.

After that it was the turn of our high performance premium Printer Perfactory Vida which presented no challenge. If you count on reliability and consitent results this product is a must have and that’s what we are known for more then 16 years. The Analogs stayed in place and shown a perfect fit, even without the screws.

Printed Model with Analogs from NT-Trading

We received measured requirements from NT-Trading where we needed to reach a minimum tolerance of +/- 0,070mm. below, are results from a “drilled”model. There are even only two analogs directly beside each other. This makes it multiple times easier to reach those values shown in the scan.

One more important thing was, that in the scan shown on the right site, one scan body (K9. S3D5.100) was observed and scanned as a “stand alone”. The result showed that the scan body and the delivered correspond STL files did not match. Therefore the physical scan body and the corresponding STL file within the 3Shape software did not match. These facts explain why we have the red areas in our scans. But the final scans are below the tolerance and in market leading quality. Our Products are made to deliver such results in general.
