עם התפשטות הקורונה והסגרים בארצות הברית, מונפה תוכנית חרוב באויר והתקיימה גם בחרוב ארה"ב בשם . המעבר ללמידה מקוונת חשף אלפי אנשי מקצוע ברחבי ארצות הברית לקיומו של חרוב Haruv on the Air ארה"ב ולתוכניות הלימוד וההרצאות שלו; כשליש מהמשתתפים הם אנשי מקצוע שלא הכירו קודם את עבודת משתתפים. 5,000- חרוב ארה"ב. כבר בחודש הראשון השתתפו בהרצאות המקוונות של חרוב ארה"ב כ התקיימו שלוש תוכניות מקוונות שונות, על פי מבנה דומה לתכנית חרוב מהספה, תוכניות הקיץ המקוונות וחרוב באוויר בישראל. חלקן ללא תשלום וחלקן בתשלום סמלי, פתוחות לקהל הרחב או מיועדות לפרופסיות מסוימות בנושאים שונים ומגוונים, ביניהם: התעללות והזנחה בילדים, טראומה, נושאי חוק ומשפט, חינוך ועוד.
