Lecture in Training Course for Infant-Care Center Nurses of the Clalit HMO Goal: To provide nurses at well-baby centers with tools to identify and report suspicion of child abuse that they may encounter. Target Population: Well-baby center nurses of the Clalit HMO.

One-Day Seminar for Medical Teams of the Maccabi HMO Goal: The public health workers within the community encounter dilemmas when suspicion of child abuse arises. This seminar focuses on these dilemmas and when reporting is required. The medical teams acquire knowledge to help them cope with situations that raise uncertainties. Target Population: Medical teams of the Maccabi HMO, the Jerusalem and Plains regions, and medical teams of the Jerusalem Clalit HMO.

One-Day Enrichment Program for Members of the Committee on Violence, Maccabi HMO, Plains Region Goal: To enrich the committee members’ understanding of the long-term consequences of trauma. Target Population: The Committee on Violence, Maccabi HMO, Plains Region.
