Preventing Violence andAggression of EducationalWorkers towards Children 2017 – December 2018 In collaboration with: WIZO Goal: To decrease aggression and violence of caregivers against children at the Center. Target Population: Caregivers and directors of preschool child care.

Number of Sessions: 14 groups, 2 sessions per group

Number of Participants: 25 participants in each group

Location: Throughout Israel

Budget : NIS 19,000

Training Program for the African Educational Staff of “UNITAF” (NGO) October – December 2018 In collaboration with: “UNITAF” (NGO) Goal: To help kindergarten teachers better understand the children’s behavior and cope with their professional difficulties, with empathy and professionalism. Target Population: African kindergarten teachers and caregivers working at day-care and after-school centers.

Number of Sessions: 2 groups, 5 sessions per group

Number of Participants: 40

Location: Tel-Aviv

Budget : NIS 10,000
