Goal: To provide tools for identification and detection of maltreated children, to instill knowledge on managing a crisis, define work procedures and the borders of the sector, and create joint team work. Target Population: Members of the Protection Committee and the community social worker.

Target Population: Members of the protection committees of the kibbutzim in the Council.
