Study Program for the Staff of the Communication Kindergartens (for Children on the ASD Spectrum) in Jerusalem, on the subject of Maltreated Children November 2017 – May 2018 In collaboration with: The communication kindergartens in Jerusalem Goal: To provide the kindergarten staff with tools to detect and identify maltreated children, tools for treating and handling a case of suspected abuse – vis-à-vis the child, his family and the treatment frameworks in the community. Target Population: A multi-disciplinary staff from all the communication kindergartens in Jerusalem (kindergarten teachers, aides, paramedical staff).

Study Program for Teachers at the Shazar School, Holon on the Topic of Children at Risk – Addressing their Emotional Needs November 2017 – April 2018 In collaboration with: The Shazar School, Holon Goal: To strengthen the teacher’s status as significant role model for the students, serving as a sensitive, caring, available and effective persona for the students, and thus increasing the students’ outreach for help. The study program is designed to provide the staff with tools for detecting and identifying maltreated children within the school framework, and tools for treating and handling a case of suspected abuse – vis-à-vis the child, his family and the treatment frameworks in the community. Target Population: Teachers and therapists.
