Conference on Implementing Trauma-Informed Treatment June 11, 2018
Goal: To understand how trauma-informed principles can be implemented in various treatment settings. Prof. Alicia Lieberman gave the keynote address, and Israeli professionals spoke about how they implement trauma principles in their agencies. Target Population: Open to the general public and to professionals in the field.

Protection Centers – The Annual Conference June 25, 2018 In collaboration with: The Ministry of Labor, Welfare & Social Services, the Health Ministry, the Ministry of Justice, the Israel Police and the “Efshar” Organization (NGO) Goal: To familiarize and make accessible the objectives and activities of protection centers to the full spectrum of professionals treating child victims of abuse and neglect. Each year a different Center hosts the conference, and in 2018 the conference was hosted by the Protection Center in Nazareth. Target Population: Professionals working with maltreated children: law-enforcement, health and welfare in general, and particularly professionals from the area where the protection center is located.
