Leadership Leads to Protection – An Evening Session for all Protection Committee Members December 26, 2018 In collaboration with: The regional councils in whose regions the project is implemented Goal: To create a partnership and acquaintance between the members of the protection committees, based on the principle: “The whole is greater than its parts”; to provide communication and mediation skills in discussions with the abused and the abusers in situations of uncertainty and conflict; discussion of secondary traumatization, and how to remain long- term members in the protection committees. Target Population: All members of the protection committees.
