STUDY AND TRAINING PROGRAMS | HEALTH CARE

In continuation of the programs for this target population and following a study day held in 2018, a training program was held in 2019 for the child development centers staff in Ashdod and Beer Sheba.

Child Development Centers Training Program April – September 2019

Partners: Maccabi HMO, Southern Region Goal: Formulate a multi-disciplinary approach in cases of suspected maltreatment and treating child victims of abuse and neglect. Target Population: Child development centers staff in Ashdod and Beer Sheba

Number of Sessions: Total of 7: 4 in Ashdod, 3 in Beer Sheba

Number of Participants: Approximately 60

Location: Ashdod and Beer Sheba

Budget: ILS 14,200

Continued Training in Trauma-Based Intervention Principles: Triad, Dyad and Trauma-Focus November – December 2019 Goal: Provide theoretical knowledge in triadic and dyadic intervention and an in-depth study of clinical issues in trauma-informed treatment. Target Population: Social workers and psychologists at Clalit HMO child development clinics and mental health clinics
