WORKING IN A SHARED TRAUMATIC REALITY AND CHALLENGING SITUATIONS IN A VIRTUAL HOME VISITS July - August 2021 Partner: Community Action Project (CAP) Objective: introduction to working in a shared trauma reality, processing and legitimizing work experiences during Covid-19. In 2021 two programs were held: a lecture on Shared Trauma Reality and a session on Managing Challenging Conversations Remotely for 15 teachers and CAP parenting coaches, with the purpose of learning to address challenging situations on virtual home visitation during Covid-19.

Motivational interviewing with parents involved in the child welfare system July and September 2021 Partner: St. Francis Foster Care Objective: learning the seven principles of practice in the Mentoring program. A seminar was also held, including lectures and simulations on the MI for foster care workers model.
