DISSEMINATION, BRANDING AND MARKETING

NOBODY’S CHILDREN, AT-RISK CHILDREN’S POEMS A BOOK BY YEHUDA ATLAS

During 2020 the Institute labored to produce and publish the most recent work of author and poet Yehuda Atlas – Nobody’s Children. In this book Atlas assembled around 170 poems and rhyming stories that are in essence the testimonies of childhood maltreatment victims. In the words of the Chief Justice “through these poems the voices are heard, of children native-born and children of immigrants and emigrants, those who experience humiliation at home, whose homes fell apart, who go to sleep hungry, whose family member beats or abuses them.” This poetry is also a first rate textbook. The detailed index calls upon professionals to make use of the poems about violence, abuse, education, illness, distress, family and many more.

Publication of the book cost approximately 145,000 ILS.

By the end of 2021 two editions were printed. During the year we sold and gifted about 2,000 books and demand continues.

Yehuda Atlas signs his book, October 2021
