Seminar for Junior Staff at Youth Village: Emotional Coping April 2021 Partner: Yahdav Association

Objective: the junior staff is in daily contact with youth who suffer trauma and complex trauma; some are very close in age to the staff themselves. This daily connection exposes the staff to difficult situations and coping challenges, and knowledge and skills are required to enable them to build mental strength and resilience. The purpose of this seminar was to teach theory and skills for coping with challenging and stressful situations.

Target audience: HaOgen Youth Village junior staff (pre-military service year and counselors)
