Nutritional Aspects of Maltreated Children for Students of Nutrition October 2021 - March 2022 Partner: Department of Nutrition, Hebrew University Objective: learning theory and skills for detecting, evaluating and treating maltreated children. Nutritionists meet children and parents at significant intersections and forge relationships. Research has shown a connection between eating disorders and child maltreatment, and Haruv Institute acknowledges the importance of the nutritionists’ role in detecting, evaluating and treating.
