ילדים. זהו 1,976 ובמרכזים למניעה ולטיפול באלימות רק מספר זעום ביחס למספר הילדים החשופים לאלימות, הנאמד ילדים. 600,000- בכ התוכנית 'ילדים חשופים לאלימות' היא חלק ממהלך שמובילה ויצו בהצפת התופעה. המטרה היא להניע שינוי חברתי שיבוא לידי ביטוי הן ברמת המיקרו של אנשי המקצוע בשטח – גננות, מורות ומורים, רופאים, עובדים סוציאליים, והן ברמת המקרו שתבוא לידי ביטוי באישור התקציב הנדרש להפעלת התוכנית הבין-משרדית למאבק באלימות, הכוללת תוכניות לאיתור וטיפול בילדים אלו, ה'שקופים', מרמת התא המשפחתי ועד לקובעי המדיניות במדינת ישראל.
