Continental has founded its own startuporganization co-pace: co-pace is the catalyst for newtechnology andbusinessmodel partnershipswith startups. Founded in 2017, we engage with the global startup ecosystem and onboard new technologies and business models, independent of Continental’s organizational structures: • Webuild relationshipswithexternal key influencers / experts / fellows / thought leaders in high innovation ecosystems • We analyze insights and transfer them into new strategy or product proposals together with internal and external stakeholders • We bring internal and external experts together • Wecreateadequatestructures andprocesses for co-creation todevelop new products with Startups co-pace executes proof-of-concept projects together with startups and Continental in the areas of automated driving, AI/ML and data stack, intelligence in rubber, industry 4.0, and others. Amongst the hundreds of PoC’s, co-pace has catalyzed more than 20 partnerships and/or investments between Continental and startups, and we have only just begun. In addition to startuppartnership, we seekout thought leaderswho can collaborate in a uniqueway across ecosystems: tonurturenewconcepts and partnerships, exchange insights, connect the dots, and build the futureofmobility andbeyond. Our collaborations range in format, from global thought-leader dialogueevents, throughone-to-onedialogues, to introductions to internal leaders at Continental. We, as Continental and co-pace, value the Israeli ecosystem as highly innovative, deep tech savvy and incredible fast, which is why we are especially delighted to take part in EcoMotion again. It is at events and conferences that we bear witness to the birth of a great many tech trends, establish new connections, and build trust with a variety of industry professionals. And it is a privilege for us to do this in person in 2022 in Tel Aviv!
