International Conferences The ICA partakes in professional conferences and seminars held around the world throughout the year. This year, due to the Israel-Hamas War, the number of conferences attended by ICA representatives was reduced, and some were attended online. European Cancer League (ECL) Conference The ICA is a member of numerous international organizations, among them the European Cancer League (ECL). This year, the 43rd ECL annual meeting was scheduled to be held in Israel, but the with onset of war, it was switched to an online format. ICA Director General Moshe Bar Haim , and ICA Deputy Director General, Lili Biller-Lev represented the ICA at the meeting. 'Tobacco or Health' Conference In April 2023, the 9th European Conference on Tobacco or Health (ECTOH) was held in Madrid. Dana Frost , ICA Public Information, Prevention and Health Promotion Director, attended the conference on behalf of ICA.

From its inception, the ICA has served as a welcoming home to oncology nurses. The association holds nursing meetings, seminars and workshops, interest groups, funds nursing posts and projects, research grants in nursing oncology, continuing education and conferences abroad and more. The Israeli Society of Psycho-oncology As part of the ICA's support of the Israeli Society of Psycho-oncology's activity, Prof. Miri Cohen , Head of the School of Social Work at Haifa University, received funding from the ICA for inviting a guest speaker. Prof. David Kissane from the Dept. of Psychiatry at Monash University attended a conference held at Beit Mati, the ICA headquarters in Givatayim, and spoke about demoralization, evaluation and intervention. The Annual Conference of the Israeli Lung Cancer Foundation On December 26th, the foundation's annual conference was held at Daniel Hotel in Herzliya. The conference consisted of various lectures on treating the disease, the importance of multi-disciplinary treatments as well as round table discussions. ICA General Director, Moshe Bar Haim , led the panel on the accessibility of medicine in Israel.
