Bonus
The bonus questions pertain to four new sectors added to the Index, which we intend to integrate into future iterations: community activities within municipalities in employment, education, healthcare services for community members, and developing targeted responses for distinct groups. Additionally, a question addressing community support during the Israel-Hamas conflict was included. The bonus questions evaluated 1. Were measures implemented to promote employment opportunities for LGBTQ+ individuals within the municipality? (For example, adapting proposal calls to include all genders, providing training at employment centers, hosting discussions with the municipal business forum, etc.) 2. Were the Ministry of Education's guidelines for working with LGBTQ+ students and families with same-sex parents made accessible to educational staff? 3. Did the municipality conduct training sessions on LGBTQ+ topics for staff in informal education settings? 4. Were efforts made in collaboration with health funds to provide LGBTQ adapted medical services within the municipality? 5. Were steps taken to make LGBTQ+ community resources accessible in languages other than Hebrew? (Such as Russian, Arabic, Amharic, etc.) 6. Were initiatives launched to support the LGBTQ+ Arab community within the municipality? 7. Was a specific activity organized for the LGBTQ+ religious community within the municipality? 8. Were any other actions taken to support the LGBTQ+ community within the municipality that do not fit into the above categories? 9. Any activities or support measures implemented during the conflict can be mentioned here.
