As in previous years, the education sector continues to rank last. This category encompasses responses for youth, training for educational staff, counseling for children and youth, and additional related activities. The third areas, tied in ranking, are Welfare and Municipal Infrastructure. The Municipal Infrastructure area focuses on structural changes within the municipality, enhancing accessibility and adaptation of existing services, and allocating resources to promote the LGBTQ+ community. This includes developing strategic plans, staffing key positions dedicated to these issues, and mapping the community's needs within the municipality.
