Recent activities during the war include innovative projects in agri-tech, food-tech, and biotechnology, as well as international hackathons and meetups on the topics of food, agriculture and sustainability. For example: hackTAU - the Day After A hackathon led by Tel Aviv University, involving approximately 400 participants from 10 different academic institutions from around the country. Six think tanks were set up to tackle post war challenges, such as agriculture, education, accommodation, community, mental health, housing, and Arab-Jewish collaboration. One of the challenges addressed dealt with coping methods for the 10,000 students from Tel-Hai College in the north, and Sapir College in the south, who were evacuated and dispersed around the country. Agri-Hack An international competitive mini hackathon, involving 100 participants from 3 countries and 4 academic institutions: Tel-Hai and Shenkar Colleges from Israel, West Attica University from Greece, and HNU University from Germany. The hackathon was aimed at finding innovative solutions for global challenges faced by farmers worldwide, with emphasis on conflict zones: lack of workforce, limited access to the fields, and the absence of communication and GPS reception. Eleven teams of students from various fields of specialization, such as biotechnology, design, economics, and business administration worked in heterogeneous groups to find solutions to these issues. based alternative protein; Rafika - nutritional supplements for Alzheimer's made from plant extracts; Viral Combat - preventative antiviral product; AGRYEYE - an app for predicting and identifying apple tree diseases; Water Recovery System - saving 93% of water in laundry use; and Apple Powder - raw materials for the food industry. We are also proud of our contribution to promoting healthcare in the community. The center has been involved in a nursing rehabilitation platform with the Fliman Geriatric Hospital and also in a program to reduce anxiety that was purposed to the Ziv Medical Center's Children's Wing. As Tel-Hai College transitions to university status, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center is poised to play an even more significant role in shaping the future job market and workforce of the Galilee. Additionally, the center is expected to support and forward initiatives in academic innovation, and provide services to promote the entrepreneurial aspects of groundbreaking research. The center will continue to embody the spirit of innovation and resilience, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in

The event was supported by our partners from KKL-JNF and the Israel AgriFoodTech Valley Cluster Management. Food Rescue - between community and technology A meetup held in collaboration with the municipal youth center in Tel Aviv was led by Tel-Hai's Student Entrepreneurship Club, with the support of the center. The meetup included a series of lectures on ways to reduce our food's footprint, using community and technology. The Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center is proud of its many accomplishments and has garnered impressive successes in national and international competitions.
