Theworkshop will provide doctors an opportunity to practice surgical techniques on unembalmed specimens*. Participants will gain knowledge and practice about: Flap planning, Tunneling technique, Techniques of lifting and grafting of the maxillary sinus, Advanced techniques in alveolar ridge regeneration, Ridge splitting, Soft tissue handling, Sinus lifting troubleshooting and much more.
