The initiative includes practical steps to cope with this issue. Work Plan: Impacting on public opinion to increase awareness of the phenomenon, in collaboration with the National Council for the Child The Goals: Bringing the issue of child abuse and neglect to top public priority and as WKH PDMRU LVVXH XQGHU GLVFXVVLRQ DQG SXEOLF RSLQLRQ LQ ,VUDHO In 2016 the Mehalev Initiative launched its public awareness campaign, “It won’t end till ZH WDON DERXW LWŹ 7KH LQLWLDWLYH LQFOXGHV D ƉOP DUWLFOHV DQG WRSLFV WKDW ZHUH SURPRWHG in the social media networks. In Israel, more than one million people were exposed to this campaign.
