The emergency center, as its name indicates, is usually run in an environment of pressure and crisis, and shelters children impacted by severe trauma following abuse or neglect. Lately, most of the emergency centers’ directors have been replaced. This study program targets the new directors, giving them administrative tools to deal more effectively with the administrative framework under their management, and helping them to form a cohesive group that provides mutual consultation and support to its colleagues.
