Breast Cancer Awareness Month Collaborations Collaboration with EL AL included screening of ICA infomercial videos, the flight personnel wore pink ribbons and conveyed messages on the PA system and onboard products carried ICA messages with direct link to the ICA website. The meal desserts were also pink, and longer flights distributed pink flight kits.

The Collaborations and Fundraising Department initiates partnerships and resource recruitment throughout the year by organizing exciting fundraising activities and events, in addition to partnering with companies and organizations. The Director of the Collaborations and Fundraising Dept. is Noam Voosen . ‘Running Together to Beat Cancer’ it was the 11th year of the ICA’s participation in the international ‘Winner’ running marathon held in Jerusalem. ICA representatives launched the 5Km run. Among the participants was a group of 50 high school students from Kfar Edumim, who ran in memory of their late friend, Eli Shmueli of blessed memory, who succumbed to cancer.

‘Partners by choice’ – Donation by Mizrachi Tefahot Bank

Once again this year, the ICA was chosen by thousands of customers as a worthy cause for receiving a donation from the bank. This year, the donation was earmarked for ‘a computer for every child’ project and “My Sister in Pink” awareness event. Collaboration with Estee Lauder Israel Tthe long-standing collaboration with ICA continued this year and included illuminating the Tel Aviv Museum in pink as part of the global initiative of illuminating famous building during awareness month. The campaign aims to raise awareness to the disease, and ultimately eradicate it through research promotion, education and health services. As part of
