Objective: learning advanced theory and skills for detecting, identifying, reporting, treating and talking to parents and children in cases of suspected maltreatment, and addressing medical team resistance to suspicion. In addition, gaining familiarity with available response in the community of child therapists in cases of suspected maltreatment.
